AT2E's AMVT-1 Automatic Vacuum Leak Tester is an equipment specially designed for testing the sealing performance of containers such as vials, bottles, caps and cans made of glass, plastic, aluminum or other metal materials. Its stainless-steel frame design meets the standards for industrial applications.
The instrument is shipped with software included, with a user-friendly operation interface design, real-time display of measurement data curve during the measurement process, allowing a more intuitively and simply operation process.

AMVT-1 Automatic Vacuum Leak Tester tests the sealing performance of samples checking the vacuum difference.
- The sample will be placed in the test chamber, then the instrument generates the vacuum to make the test chamber reach a target vacuum level and hold it for a predefined period.
- The vacuum difference in the test chamber will be monitored during the holding process.
- The maximum vacuum difference will be compared with the set threshold, then the sealing performance of the sample under vacuum condition will be judged automatically.
