BTT-1 Bottle Tilt Tester
AT2E’s BTT-1 Bottle Tilt Tester is designed to measure and evaluate bottles’ resistance to tilt, when stacked on each other. The unit is mainly used by the glass, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries for testing their samples’ stability when piled up.
This equipment is designed to be user-friendly with a touchscreen control panel used to initiate testing, to adjust the tilt angle, and to set tilt speed. The unit is water resistant in case of bottle breakage. It automatically detects any falls during the test, and it is equipped with non-contact optical sensors.
An optional stainless-steel tank can be attached to end of the unit to safely collect any shards or other debris.
